Le petit trampoline

Authors: S Meyer-Dreux
Focusing on listening and speaking only, "Le petit trampoline" was conceived as an introduction to "Trampoline" (see below), and an initiation into oral French for young beginners. Peter Satchwell, former chairman of the Primary Languages Network says, in a review of "Le petit trampoline" written for the Language Learning Journal: "...All the activities pages are designed to involve children in useful and entertaining learning tasks. The visuals are clear, large and uncluttered. "Le petit Trampoline" undoubtedly represents some of the best quality and most carefully thought out material so far available for teaching 6-7 year-olds. Its authenticity and its careful attention to detail, both linguistic and cultural, are its strong points. Above all it is potentially immensely enjoyable and rewarding for learners and teacher alike - provided it is used with flexibility and imagination. Highly recommended as well worth piloting in the classroom."
