"Bravo!" covers approximately 70-80 hours of classroom study per level. Divided into 12 units of 6 pages each, "Bravo" combines a mixture of activities which develop key language skills, such as grammar, comprehension and pronunciation, with cultural articles that provide an awareness and understanding of France and the Francophone world. This aspect is particularly well developed through four "magazine" sections which include interviews with famous people as well as creative activities such as songs and games.

The emphasis of this course is to provide a wide variety of fun and interesting activities to complete in the target language and pupils are encouraged to monitor their own progress by completing self-assessment files included at regular intervals in the student's book.
