Based on a global approach to learning, this course initially focuses on oral communication and then gradually introduces reading and writing.

Classroom work revolves around colourful drawings, which the children talk about and make up their own stories. They are originally given all the words and phrases necessary for the story and as they gain confidence and increase their vocabulary, they are encouraged to make up their own sentences.

The "Mala da Classe" contains 86 laminated A4 drawings, 76 sentences and 470 words, the teaxcher's book, workbook 1 and 2, and the auxiliary book.
